Software Development
Software built around your business
Every business has work that eats time and causes mistakes. We build the tool that takes it off your hands.

When off-the-shelf software isn't enough anymore
If any of these lines sound familiar, you're paying a hidden cost every month.
How it works today
- The same data gets retyped by hand into three different programs.
- Spreadsheets have become the real system, and nobody knows which file is the right one.
- To know how the month is going, someone has to spend half a day putting it together.
- The software you bought does 60% of what you need, and you fill in the rest.
How it works afterwards
- Data is entered once and arrives everywhere it's needed.
- One place to look, updated in real time.
- Yesterday's numbers are already on a screen, with nobody preparing them.
- The tool follows your process, not the other way round.
What we build
From the small automation that frees up an afternoon to the platform your whole business runs on.
Automation
Reports, emails and data entry your team does by hand: done automatically, correctly, every time.
Internal tools
Custom applications for the people who work with you: orders, scheduling, tracking — built around how you work.
System integrations
We connect the programs you already use — accounting, stock, e-commerce, ERP — so data moves by itself.
Dashboards and reports
One screen showing how the business is doing right now, instead of digging through five different tools.
Portals and web applications
Private areas for customers or staff, booking systems, full platforms: secure and ready to grow.
Data and artificial intelligence
Documents that become data, assistants that answer, forecasts built on your own numbers.
What actually changes
Hours you get back
Repetitive work disappears from your team's days, and they go back to what needs a person.
Mistakes that stop happening
Software doesn't mistype or skip steps: your data stays consistent everywhere.
Decisions made on numbers
Stop navigating on gut feel: you see what's really happening, up to date.
How we build it
Four steps. The first working piece arrives early, not at the end.
Week 1
We watch how you work
We spend time on your real process: what's done by hand, where time is lost, where mistakes come from.
Week 1-2
We choose where to start
We find the piece with the biggest gain for the smallest spend. You get the written plan with timings and costs.
From week 3
We build in useful pieces
Every two weeks you see something that genuinely works and try it. We correct along the way, not at the end.
From week 4
It goes into use
We put it to work, train whoever will use it and stay alongside in the first days, when the real cases show up.
How it's built inside
The technical side, told for what it means to you.
On your data, not ours
The software runs on European infrastructure and the data stays yours, exportable whenever you want.
Tested before it reaches you
Automatic checks on every change: what worked yesterday keeps working tomorrow.
Built to be changed
Businesses change. We write code that can be modified without starting over.
Watched while it works
If something jams at night, we know before you do — and we step in.
Working in finance?
We have deep experience with trading systems, market data and risk analytics.
The questions we always get
How much does custom software cost?
It depends how wide the problem is: a focused automation is a few weeks of work, a full platform is a longer project. After our first conversation you get a free written quote, itemised line by line: what you approve is what you pay.
How long before we see something?
The first usable features usually arrive within four weeks. We don't deliver everything at the end: we build in pieces, and each piece goes into use as soon as it's ready.
Do we have to throw away the programs we use?
Almost never. In most cases it's better to keep them and connect them, so nobody has to relearn everything. We'll tell you after seeing how you work.
What if the project turns out bigger than expected?
You pay in stages, and each stage matches work you can see and try. If you decide to stop halfway, what's been built stays yours and working.
Who runs it if the person who learned it leaves?
We hand over written instructions and recorded training, and the software is built to be understood without us. We stay reachable anyway.
What do you need from us?
Mostly time from the people who actually do the work: a few hours at the start to understand the process, and half an hour every couple of weeks to look at what we've built.
What's eating your team's time?
Tell us about it: we'll say what can be automated, where to start and what it would take. Free and with no obligation.
