Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-29
1. Who we are
QuantumGraph Technologies Ltd ("QuantumGraph", "we") is a private limited company registered in Cyprus (Reg. HE 475656), with registered office at Spyrou Kyprianou 10, Flat/Office 22, Mesa Geitonia, 4001 Limassol, Cyprus. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
For any privacy matter, contact us at privacy@quantumgraph.net.
2. What data we collect
Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), and the content of your message.
Consent records: which consents you gave (data processing, marketing, cookies), and when.
Technical data: if you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymized usage statistics via Google Analytics.
Your language preference, stored in a cookie.
3. Why we process it (legal basis)
To respond to your inquiry — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
To send occasional updates, only if you opted in — based on consent, withdrawable at any time.
To improve the website — based on consent for analytics cookies.
To comply with legal obligations, such as record-keeping — based on Art. 6(1)(c).
To protect the contact form from automated submissions — based on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
Contact inquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a client relationship follows.
Consent records: as long as required to demonstrate compliance.
You can request deletion earlier at any time (see section 6).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of processors to run this website: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend) and contact form protection (Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise). When you submit the form, reCAPTCHA analyses your IP address and how you interact with the page to tell a person from an automated program, and returns a trust score that we store alongside your enquiry. Each processor handles data on our instructions under GDPR-compliant agreements. Some may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
You can exercise these rights via the "My data" page on this website or by emailing privacy@quantumgraph.net. We respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Cyprus this is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
